PSTI K2Audio Ltd Statement of Compliance

K2Audio Ltd declares under our own responsibility that all connected devices manufactured and / or distributed in the UK via K2Audio Ltd are compliant with the security requirements set forth in The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.

Our compliance includes the following provisions:

Each device is secured with a unique password set by the user. Please ensure that your device is fully up to date by installing the latest release of firmware. Firmware releases can be found on the product instruction pages.

Vulnerabilities can be reported by emailing technical@k2audio.co.uk Reporters of security issues will receive an acknowledgment upon receipt of their report and will be provided with regular updates until the issue is fully resolved.

K2Audio Ltd is committed to providing security updates for qualifying products for as long as is technically possible and for a minimum of 12 months following purchase.
