A flat brushed steel wall plate with an HDMI socket at the front and an HDMI socket at the rear, connected via a short (30cm) flexible cable. Ideal for situations where the rear HDMI cable is drawn through from unusual angles. Depending on the size of plug used some modification to the pattress may be necessary.
